Refund and Cancellation Policy
 

1. Service-Based Products  
   All products offered by Kratav are service-based, including psychometric tests, HR consultancy, employee wellness programs, and workshops. These services are customized for each client, and thus refunds and cancellations are handled based on the nature of each service.

 

2. Refund Eligibility  
   Refunds are generally not available once a service has commenced or a report has been generated. However, partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:  
   - If the service has not yet started and a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase.  
   - If Kratav is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Non-Refundable Services  
   Certain services, such as completed psychometric tests, personalized reports, and workshop sessions already attended, are non-refundable as these services are rendered in real-time and require substantial preparation.

 

4. Cancellation Requests  
   To cancel a service, please contact our support team at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the service type. 5. Refund Process
